He was very straight forward and explained to me what to exactly expect and what my legal options were in order for me to obtain green card for my mom. Joan Hogan, the paralegal/office manager, has been amazing. You can tell that big part of success of the office is because of her. Always available, very patient, she will answer your questions, no matter how many you happen to have.
