I've had a pleasure working with Denise and Thorough Quality for several months now. They take care of my office four days a week, and I've never had any issues. I come in every day to a bright, cheerful and wonderful smelling space. Even little things (embossed toilet paper!) are never glossed over. Denise has been such a wonderful person to work with; she contacts me regularly to ensure I'm satisfied with the work and make sure the items I need to order are always in stock. I would wholeheartedly recommend Thorough Quality to anyone looking for an in-depth, tried and true, meticulous cleaning service.

Denise was the absolute worst. She tried to scam us and then called the police and threatened to take us to court. She went crazy and was yelling in my apartment till 12 in the morning. BEWARE don't use this service. She also has been offering a discount if you put a positive review so don't believe the other reviews you see. She's impossible to deal with and will constantly yell at you. Terrible service, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Denise was one of the worst people I have ever met, she was disrespectful and rude. Firstly, she tried to ask me to pay in cash so that she could "hide" the transaction from her boss. After, she even tried to steal my swiffer stick and when I asked her about it, she tried to turn it on me and said I was being condescending which i wasn't trying to be. After that, she said that because of my miscommunication she is going to charge me $20 extra and kept adding charges uneccessarily. It took her 5 hours to clean a fairly clean apartment with 4 people to help. Then she left some of her stuff and left my living area in a mess and dipped to complete another job, while still cleaning my apartment. She then arrived to my house at 10.30 pm and started yelling for no reason. She then added 3 extra charges without telling me and then she proceeded to call the police because i declined to pay the extra fees. She kept yelling in my apartment till 1 in the morning. Worst person I have ever met. Please save yourself some time and money and never ever get their services.
