        We sat down to a fairly empty restaurant around 1:30pm for lunch. It took a while to get our waters, but our waiter was very pleasant. Food was good. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and it appeared clean, but when the lamp on the table caught my eye, I noticed it was disgustingly dirty. So was the floor under the table. I was mortified. Theres no excuse for this! I will not be back.

      HI Hilary,Thank you for the review and rating. I always pride ourselves on cleanliness and if we are not up to par, that is inexcusable. Though our lamps have an old school style and look, we can be better and will always look to improve. i do invite you to come by again as there is a reason we have so many 4 and 5 star ratings- and as you said, you enjoyed the food. mike
