The BEST customer service we have ever experienced with any company in any industry.
We were already so stressed with moving and we hadnt even sold our house! People walking through and looking in your closets and home inspections. Brutal!
Boston Moving Services made the entire process seamless. Alex was our customer service representative and he got right back to us any time we called or emailed. We truly felt like we were the only customer for Boston Moving at times. The estimate was not the lowest but it also was not the highest price. We had a great feeling so we went with them. Our decision paid off. The movers were incredibly skilled and the driver had a firm control over everything that went on. Long distance moves so I have read arent always pleasant with moving companies, but Boston Moving Services made our long distance move as stress free as possible. The price was guaranteed not to exceed and we didnt have to leave a large deposit either. We paid upon arrival of the truck. The truck arrived in Georgia exactly on time and the crew in Dunwoody was equally as skilled and accommodating as the Boston crew. Our items arrived with no damages and everything was delivered and placed where we wanted. During the move we also received updates and courtesy check-ins from Alex and his team.
We cant say enough about this company. Extremely positive experience.

Incredible experience!
We have used another mover in Hingham who is very, very good also, however, they were fully booked so they referred us to Boston Moving Services.
Boston Moving Services really went above and beyond to protect our property and also to crate up six very delicate and expensive items, one of them being my great grandmothers deco chandelier.
EXTREMELY responsive and highly professional services. Driver and his crew were uniformed professionals and knowledgeable and kind and hard working.
Delivery to Florida was on time and just as seamless unloading.
