I had a recent appointment and went in for acrylic removal and regular manicure, and came out with little to almost no nail bed. Everything I do with my hands causes me pain. Now I have to wait until my nail bed grows back to be able to do anything with my nails. I will never go to this place again. I was seen by Kelly btw.

I got a gel manicure from Donna today and it came out flawless! She was gentle and very nice! My cuticles look so clean! Definitely recommend her and Sophia Nails.

Nice atmosphere and polish collection. They did a solid job in general but they rubbed too hard on fianc- took off living skin and got inflamed/burned. He complained that his feet hurt at the irritated areas later. Some of the techs do very good manicures that last.

I had mani-pedi. When I looked at my toenails on the way out, there were bare spots on my nails and had to ask for a touch up. That wasnt worst of it as for manicure only wanted clear polish. She put one coat of polish, no base coat, had to ask for a second coat, plus she never soaked my nails and took care of cuticles. Two days later clear nail polish peeling and looked awful. I was somewhat distracted during manicure, so didnt speak up! Will not return! Services: Pedicure, Manicure
