Decided to contact them for all the positive review and all but I guess is not the same for everyone. From what I understand once you sign the papers for a lawyers firm to represent you. They help collecting the information they need for the case, information like the reports and claim numbers ect as a law firm and having the proper credentials is sometimes better for them to request the paper work. Well this time was a big waste of time for me hopefully if I decide to reach out on the future for legal help they don't waste my time again And make it seem like is my fault. I expected better from this especially because people are leaving all this very nice reviews I didn't want to be the one to leave a negative review what a shame. Thanks Adrien!
