DHL Express ServicePoint

ordered a gaming keyboard and it said it was delivered but I never received it so I called dhl the next day. they said it was delivered and signed for but will do investigation. the driver comes out the next day and says he remembers delivering it yesterday. I ask if he remembers me because supposedly I signed for the package. he said no. and I informed him it was 2 days ago not 1. I ask if he remember where he delivered it to? he say no 2 days is too long and there are "100's" of packages he delivered in those 2 days??? so I call dhl next day and ask for status. they tell me call claims there is nothing more they can do. I call claims and they say the seller have to put in a claim cus the case it closed. all I get is the run around. drivers story is a little fishy. and I still dont have my package :(
