I had an amazing time shopping there. I went there twice first to pick out my shoes and then another day to pay for them because they allow a 48 hour hold which is absolutely amazing. All the employees were so sweet and had the upmost customer service that youve ever had the experience of experience and I guess. PS this last bit is for the manager, that I am hoping will see it because hes the one that told me to leave a Google review and I just want him to know that he has an amazing crew of people working under him and he should honestly appreciate them

Been wanting to go in here forever! Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely cool. I got sized, learned a ton about docs, and snagged a pair Id been eyeing *on sale* that had sold out of my size on the official store. Highly recommend.

10/10 experience at this store! Megan and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make a typical stop at a shoe store into an inviting and accommodating stop! Got my first few Docs and Im pumped!

Highly recommend this store. Lexi helped me find exactly what I was looking for with no hesitation. I definitely will be back when I need my doc obsession strengthens!

I'd been researching a certain pair of docs for over a year, but was weary to buy them online. I finally was able to make the trip into the city to buy them and was so glad I did! I had the most exceptional help from a sales manager named Megan who was so informative, patient, thoughtful, and efficient. She was extremely knowlegable about the material of the shoes (I was between the vegan and the leather), and had answers to all my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, she really made me feel good about my purchase!
