I have been coming here for years and will never go else where. The office is beautiful and the staff is unbeatable. Jen and Amanda have always done an amazing job when I come in. I couldnt recommend this team more! Getting married in October and I wouldnt trust anyone else for the job!

This was my first time at Boston Medical Aesthetics. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Amanda did my Botox and I felt very at ease in her chair. I highly recommend Boston Medical Aesthetics!!

have gone here for the last 4 years. Jen is simply the best. She cares immensely about her patients and their results. I have only ever had botox done by her. 10/10 highly recommend.

I went to Boston Medical Aesthetics for a little pick me up as l hit mid life! After the initial consultation, I opted for Sculptra and have been so happy with the results! It's subtle enough that you don't look like you have had work done, but gives a very youthful look! Everyone at the office is amazing! It's a clean comfortable environment filled with women who just want to make you feel good! So happy!

I went in for a repeat injection with a different staff member. I asked for the same thing I received last time and that is not what I was given. There was a documentation error which caused the new injector to do the standard injection areas even though that is not what I received before yet the owner did not believe me when I went in for a follow up. It is in the crows feet where I wanted injections and injecting too low gives you an eye shelf that makes your smile messed up. This is pretty common knowledge in this practice but as a newer patient to this treatment I did not know this until I researched after getting horrible results. My results the first time were great. When I went in for the second time I noticed the injection site was in a slightly lower spot under my eye than last time but didnt question at the time. The current staff is not educated on what is best for the individual. They will inject the standard even if that is not what is right for you. When I was dissatisfied with my injections and the results of how my face looked the owner told me to just wait till it wears off. She kept expressing she wants me to be happy but kept telling me it looked good in her office light and wouldnt take into account any of the photos I wanted to show her. She had no resolution but to wait it out. This takes months. After throwing a fit they finally gave me a refund but did not fix the dissatisfaction of my face. I went in two separate times for a follow up and its not cheap to park or get down to that area so I expressed that I dont care to come in again if all they are going to do is tell me sorry I just have to wait it out. And thats exactly what happened. Took more time off from work and an additional 40$ to get down to their office. I recommend going anywhere else before stepping foot in this practice. The owner does not know how to run her practice when mistakes are made which seems to happen more often than not. After my research and speaking to her it seems that she could use some more education.
