Khatoon Carpet Cleaning

I booked in advance and no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called to ask for an ETA and was told they would call me back. They never did, so I called them back and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold and called again. I could hear that they answered the call and hung up on me. No one showed up or followed up. Do not use this business if you actually want your rug/ carpet cleaned. Service: Area rug cleaning

My friends came over last night and one of them had too many drinks and ended up vomiting on my carpet in my leaving room. When I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was call the the company and in under an hour they're there cleaning my carpet.

We were just getting out house ready to list and needed the stair carpets cleaned fast.. Khatoon Carpet Cleaning came the next day and did a fantastic job at a great rate - and cleaned an area rug for us at no extra charge! great service and results - will use them in our new house!
