KOHLER Signature Store by Supply New England

Worked with Jae Hall at the Burlington MA showroom. Very knowledgeable about Kohler product lines. Helped us navigate through potential options to address some of our bath/shower needs & identified for us exactly what we needed. Never made us feel rushed. She made ordering easy, her follow-up communication was terrific, & when we subsequently made a change to our order she effortlessly made the change & did so without a fuss. Just an all-around pleasant person. Wished we had worked with her last year when we were undergoing a major renovation.

I had narrowed down the style of tile I needed for my backsplash to two from Ann Sacks collection but I didn't live close to the Kohler store. I phoned and talked with Elena and explained my situation. She was wonderful and suggested they send me samples of the two tiles so I could make a final decision. I was shocked to receive the samples the very next day and she also included a penny tile sample along with the 4x8" samples so I could use them when trying to color match. I made my decision and called Elena to order the 4 boxes of tile I needed. She helped me make the purchase and the tile arrive within a couple weeks, and not a single tile was broken. Definitely recommend the Kohler store and Elena.

We worked with Steve Puopolo on a new build throughout 2023. He truly takes the time to understand each aspect of each project and was outstanding to work with.

I would have rated this store 4 or 5 stars, but after today I can only rate 1 star. We spent a great deal of money at the store in Burlington Ma. Today as we neared the end of our project the electrician was supposed to hang 2 Keren 2 light sconces over our medicine cabinets. Unfortunately the lights were too tall for the space. Even though we had measured, this is a remodel and we thought the fixtures would fit but it is too tight and wont work. I called the Kohler store and was told they would not take them back. No refund no exchange. We had not even opened the second box. The fixtures were only delivered 3 days ago. I was shocked that there was no flexibility in exchanging or returning. $500 in lights we cant use. We spent over $8000 in this store. My only problem up until this point was that my vanity was missing accessories. Dont know when we will get those either. I had bought kohler products from Kohler online too. I had no problem returning one item to them. They even gave me free shipping back to them. I cannot understand why this store wont help us out. I will not be shopping here again. They lost a good customer.
