My master bathroom had a leaking toilet when I awoke. I contacted Arrowhead Plumbing team and explained my situation. They were extremely courteous and professional. My toilet was fixed the same day by a serviceman who came to my house. It was fantastic that they had everything they needed in their truck! I then told them I'd been putting off fixing another small problem with my basement toilet for the past two years, and he looked into it as well. James' candor about the issue was greatly appreciated, and the problem was quickly resolved. He could have easily told me otherwise and charged me for it. He cleaned up after himself and left both of my bathrooms immaculate. Quality is difficult to come by. Give these guys the chance!

I recently purchased an older house that had both copper drain pipes as well as tree roots in the sewer line. Unfortunately for me, this required replacing the whole plumbing system both inside and outside the house. Arrowhead Plumbing did a great job fixing it all up that came in on-time and under budget. Getting it all replaced is a big, ugly job, but if you have to do it, I highly recommend them. I won't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

I called at 1 PM to schedule an appointment for an urgent problem the same day. We were given a 5-8 PM window. No one showed up and no one called to update us, so I followed up at 8.00 PM. "You'll need to reschedule," I was told. When I questioned them and stressed the urgency of our situation, they said, "Ok, we can get someone out to you later tonight." Another hour and a half passed with no update. When I followed up this time, they were adamant, "We can't come tonight." Gee, thanks for the help!

Arrowhead Plumbing are now my go-to plumbing company after experiencing a service call from the plumber. He was interested in solving the problem and was understanding of the circumstances and went above and beyond what I was expecting. The problem was solved and if I ever need to do this kind of work again, will choose Arrowhead Plumbing as my first if not only choice.
