    I took a room for the weekend for my sons birthday because of the pool, first my room was not so clean the bathroom floor was dirty the mirror wasnt so clean but what ever I also found a red cloth that was on the floor that didnt even belong to the room . They didnt even call me or email me letting me know the pool was closed for that Friday . I checked before I booked it because they were doing renovations so thats why I took it for march 29 and 30 . The lady in the front desk who claims to be a manager was very disrespectful. The last day to check out I wanted the kids to get in the pool for atleast a hour or so she came at me with attitude and told me it was closed with a attitude I asked her how if it opens at 9am and she again told me it was closed and when I told her I was going to give complains about it then she tried to tell me that it was closed because they had to clean it again I told her that the pool was clean because on Friday it was closed do to chemicals so why would it be closed again and then she told me she will let me in but shes not suppose to . The pool wasnt even completely full of water how its supposed to be . Again she had a attitude and mean while my kids were with me and they are young she shouldnt talk to me the way she did infront of my kids . I asked her for her name three times and she denied to give it to me . I dont recommend this hotel the prices are very high and its not even all that and the way they speak to customers is very wrong .

    This hotel is more of a high-grade motel. For the prices they are charging, you should go somewhere nicer. The rooms are outdated and musty. The bedspread looked old and worn. They have one elevator and they under construction, but still they could have made the elevator less gross. It looked like a freight elevator. I wouldnt stay again, you can can better quality elsewhere for the same price ($149 a night!) The location is convenient, a Starbucks and grocery store in walking distance.

    The location of the hotel is perfect, they just need to do some serious remodeling. I understand they are renovating right now but the elevator smelled so bad and the furniture was definitely outdated. The curtains looked like the colors faded from being up so long.
