        My car was hit in the parking lot no cameras for security in the parking lot. Room gets clean and room service only after 7 days. Had to request for towels.

        Beautiful hotel, within walking distance of several stores & restaurants. Super nice staff, especially Amanda on night shift. We had to stay an extra night due to an unexpected snowstorm on our route north, and they were very accommodating. Unfortunately, our second night cost half again as much as our first. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Mini fridge and single serve coffee makers, but the only microwave is at the front desk. The cafe is a bit pricey, but the coffee is good. Fabulous atmosphere too. Plenty of free parking and the location felt safe. The hotel has good security measures. Wed book again, but only if we can match our first night price. Walkability: Fast food, Target, Home Depot, Dollar Tree and others a few steps away.

        We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. They provided us with extra towels, pillows, and coffee upon our request. They have a breakfast area that does cost extra. We did not use the breakfast area. We stayed her to see the Salem area. The hotel was only 15 minutes or so from Salem.

      Dear Fany,Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay at our hotel. I'm sure it's beyond frustrating to check out and find someone had damaged your vehicle overnight. The police have your report on file and will contact you with any updates. Per the welcome letter given at check in, light cleans are given on the 4th day and full cleans are given after 7 days for long term stays. Since your stay was 3 nights housekeeping did not enter your room, however the front desk is available 24/7 for any and all guest needs, and were happy to deliver the towels you requested.
