By far the best and friendliest person I called for water. While other companies didn't bother to call back, and others booking out 2 weeks (I know it is the busy time of the season). He was quick to get back to me and delivered next day. I will continue to use this company every summer.

Worst experience ever! I called on a Monday spoke with a very nice man who guaranteed me he would have the water delivered by Thursday if not then Friday. He had me text all my information to him. I reached out to him on Thursday to see if we were still on for that day and got no response. I then called to confirm delivery for the Friday with no response between phone calls and texts. Friday at about 345 I decided to call again and his voicemail now says to call a different number. I call this number and was told by a lady that I was not on the schedule at all! I told her I had the text confirmation and she said I must have spoke to the owner and she wishes he didnt answer phone calls.. I asked her how long for another truck and was told there truck broke down. Very unorganized and awful customer service with not returning calls or texts. I will never use them nor refer them to anyone!
