I took my car here thinking something was wrong. After they checked it out, they informed me there was nothing wrong with it. Instead of making me feel stupid, they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be going back for all my auto needs.

They messed up a simple maintenance service and they refused to make any effort in customer service. Theyre nice until theres a problem I paid $361 for simple maintenance service with $216 labor. In the report, they said they corrected the tire pressure. However, the next morning I got the tire pressure alert, both front tires were 41 and both back tires were 35. They apparently made a mistake. I texted Russ with a photo of my cars alert right at the moment. A few days later, Russ offered to adjust the pressure if I bring my car back, but it doesnt make sense to me to take at least 30 min out of my day to fix the mistake they made. Id rather to go to a gas station nearby and fix it myself. He was respectful at first until I told him I dont want to waste 30min and he should refund me the labor on the part they messed up. He started to accuse me lying about the tire pressure and say Im just there for the money. Oh well he did offer me $8 off for next service. I told him Im okay with $10 because I need $2 for gas station air. He just lost it. Really??? Im there for $10?? I was looking for a solution thatd work for both of us. Because I felt unfair that I had to deal with this after I paid for the service, and hes just so DISRESPECTFUL to me To be fair, at the beginning, Russ did seem nice. He squeezed my appointment in and explained in details about the issues my car has. But its not worth the trouble and disrespect at allUpdate: the owner Alvin called me back and apologized. I do appreciate the follow up and apology upfront

(March, 2024) My e39 turns 24 this month (with 352k miles). Once again I have IAW to thank for making this possible. This time it was cooling and steering systems that need attention. Quick, professional and reliable repair and Im back on the road again. Looking forward to spring driving. Tough 2023 summer for my 23 year old e39 with 352k miles. Crankshaft sensor, light control module and valve cover. Thanks to Alvin and IAW, car in full operation again. IAW is awesome. Highly professional, great communication, and fair pricing. Wouldnt have my car on the road without them. Blower motor failed and needed replacement. IAW did an excellent job of removing dashboard to replace blower motor and restoring everything as needed. Failed annual state inspection in June, 2021 due to front suspension issues (ball joints). Made appointment with IAW, took it in and drove it out back to inspection station to get renewed sticker. IAW repair was great and I get to continue to enjoy my 2000 e39 with 342k miles. In April, 2021 my 2000 528i e39 developed a terrible squealing noise. Rotational in nature and seemingly coming from left front wheel base. Brakes, bearing, what could it be? IAW to the rescue once again - removal of a hidden rock lodged between the backing plate and the rotor - and Im back on the road. All for a reasonable price. Wonderful people, excellent knowledge, care and attention. At 341k miles, IAW is what keeps my 21 year old still going. This is an update to the below (Dec 2020): Most recent experience was the replacement of the cooling system thermostat. I had noticed that the temperature gauge was slowly failing to reach dead center vertical and, once again, Alvin and Russ and their team to the rescue. A correct diagnosis, professional repair and for a fair price. I continue to trust my 20.5 year old (since new), 340k e39 to them. This an update to the below (Oct 2020): Most recent experience was the replacement of a rotting out part of the fuel line. I trust IAW to find these issues on my 20 year old 340k e39 and make the repair correctly the first time for a fair price. Would not think of going anywhere else. 5+ stars. I own a 2000 BMW 528i (e39) since new. Now have 338k miles on it. Since moving to Boston 7 years ago, I have Import Auto Werks and Alvin and Russ to thank for being able to keep this wonderful car for so long. Its great engine and manual transmission are the heart and soul of the vehicle. Never-the-less, the years and miles take their toll. Electronic module work, brake lines, torn off idler pulley to springs and struts and tires and brakes. Nothing is easy working on a 15 to 20 year old car. Alvin and Russ and their mechanics are great - professional, talented, honest, fair, etc. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks, IAW.
