We stayed in room 17 for three nights. That is a quite spot. The room was clean. There is a large , well equipped kitchen down stairs where you can prepare your meals. This is a great , cheaper alternative as to where to stay when you want to explore the greater Boston area. They have off street parking and the managers communicate well.

For an accommodation of this type, this place was great. Quiet with ample parking, very clean rooms with all furniture in working condition. Shared bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. We needed a room just to sleepnot to hang out, and it was just right. The place is affordable, simple and not that far from Boston. Lori welcomed us warmly and showed us the basics. The place is dated but everything works and is clean.

I had a great experience here. I had only planned on staying for a short time but ended up staying for a little over a year. Its a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Lori and Kevin always greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect for the entirety of my stay. The property was well maintained. They also have a maid who takes out your trash, vacuums the rooms and cleans the bathrooms weekly. Any time I had a question or concern, Kevin was quick to get back to me. (I accidentally broke a handle off my dresser drawer and it was replaced by Kevin the same day!) If you have a few minutes to stop and talk to the other tenants, youll find that they have a nice little community over there. Overall, its a nice place with nice people and a good homely atmosphere.

Place costs waaaaaay to much. They are crazy. Charge $250.00 wk for a room. Then want another $25.00 a week for A/C in the summer. The A/C charge would be kinda o.k except they want it shut off if you leave even for like 1 hour. And that's for a small room, Shared bathroom and kitchen.

I didn't have a good experience here. The owners decided to stop communicating completely, and when I tried to call them, they blocked my number! I am also unsure as to where $200 worth of hypoallergenic clothes went. A bit immature to dispose of someone's things and then block communication with them. I will possibly update my review if I receive communication.
