        Always been a great plumbing supply. Better quality stuff compared to the box stores, and excellent, knowledgable staff !! The owner is a top-notch man .

        I normally try to shop local companies when possible. After being treated like a liar and cheat at Northwest, I will shop big box stores rather than deal with the arrogant snob I had to deal with. I tried to return a product that was missing a part(looked to be re-packaged and resold as new) and was called a liar. Home Depot looks better after dealing with this chap.

        One employee said that a part could be returned the next time we spoke he said that we couldn't return it. Dishonest and untrustworthy, no longer giving them any business. Save yourself the trip and buy elsewhere so you can return the part.
