Walked in the door and I was greeted by the best customer service representative. He then proceeded to sniff me and ask for scratches, which I was happy to provide. The Labradoodle was adorable. That aside, I went their to have my GPU cleaned, they did it in a little under an hour. When I got home I ran thermal stress tests on my GPU, and it's capping out at 71c, where as before the cleaning it was getting up to 83c during tests. Job well done.

Best PC repair shop around! Had some issues with my Custom Built Desktop and they repaired it, tuned it up and sent it back to me purring! Frank and Alicia are super friendly and professional and if you go in you might even get to meet Cooper, the Pawed PC Pro.

Due to personal difficulties I can't get into this as much as I would like, but the company is great and meets all ones expectations. I have used them many times & still do both in home onsite as well as via a remote login sessions. I have also at times given them my computer if I was away to make sure all was well, clean up, etc etc I Never have a complaint- they always find a way to fix an issue -no matter what the difficulty of the issue thrown at them. Pc pros even did something for my backup system to backup items the manufacturer said couldnt be backed up. Their customer service is also first rate from the moment they pick up the phone till the time the job is done. Their personalities are also quite friendly and the cost quite reasonable. Do yourself a favor and use them for computer issues you may get, If u don't I assure you you are doing a disservice to yourself ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------] Added 1/20/2024 PC Pros recently built me a new computer and again I must say they did things for me there was no way for me to do myself. All files were moved to the new computer even though as per Microsoft their names were far to long and shouldn't of been titled as such in the first place. When transferring files with such long names normally they would of had their names jumbled to accommodate the proper length. Yet PC pros found an esoteric way of getting the job done and I am looking forward to using this computer for years. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2-26-24 Its now a few months of using my new computer and I must say its been a delight, Fast , reliable, good looking, expandable if ever needed. Having PC pros at my back will ensure its long term use encase I do something wrong as they will fix it back .This is a high end computer that runs whisper quiet and performs all asked of it Also let me say PC Pros were introduced to me by a friend who used them for years for his extensive legal practice. You truly can trust this company.

Walked in with a few minor repairs and was in and out in 10-15mins with all of my concerns addressed. Very friendly and personable. Went above and beyond in helping resolve our issues. I highly recommend this business for any and all of your pc needs and services.

Great resource for any problems with PC's etc...they know their stuff, are very timely with follow up calls to schedule and very professional. A pleasure to do business with and recommend.
