Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had rented from here before and had a decent experience, I scheduled a rental for 5pm threw the customer service line and when arriving at the facility was told I needed to provide two of these: pay stub, utility bill, and proof of insurance. I managed to get the proof of insurance but couldn't get the other two before they closed at 530pm. I contacted the customer service line and was told this is policy with debt cards... the same card I used before WITHOUT verification on my previous visit. I went back and asked how it was I rented without verification and was told I did verify... they verified me threw a third party but it wasn't working this time. I'm not angry that I lost the rental, at the last minute, making me run around the city looking for another. I'm angry that I lost the rental for a verification you already had threw previous a rental and was not told to bring this information with me.

I've rented here over 10 times. Short and long term and I can say I've always had a good experience. Highly recommend
