The worst management ever. Perfect example of why GOOGLE should let us post reviews without a STAR. No follow up on the issue posted months ago. Visited the office in Farmington Hills multiple times and came back with a sack full of disappointment. The people even lied about the manager being not available while he was sitting in the office all along. Application messed up by the management and NO REFUND provided yet. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED

The good: location is convenient to daily shopping needs are proximity to Novi. Management is responsive and maintenance shows up in a reasonable time, about a week. Dishwasher works nice. Neighbors are friendly. The bad: apartments are severely over priced. Everything about the apartments are old and falling apart. Theres nicer apartments in Northville and surrounding area for $200 less a month. When we moved in the microwave vent was broke and when I cook it falls off and hits me in the head. The chimney for the fireplace seems to have never been cleaned. We opened it and wasps came out along with other bugs. Weve had to get maintenance here on 4 separate occasions in 4 months. That should tell you how bad of condition these apartments are. The walls are paper thin. We hear all our neighbors and the insulation is so bad our furnace cant keep up during the really cold days with keeping the place warm so we had to buy space heaters. Theres also about a half inch gap between the front door and the flooring so we had to get door jams to block cold air from coming in.

This apartment complex is spectacular. The inside of the apartments are very clean and well maintained. Dawn is very dedicated to the wellness of tenants, as well as the wellness of complex community She hosted a free Christmas dinner party for tenants dec 22. It was fabulous and I believe everyone was glad not to have had to cook dinner that night I know the reviews have not been the best, however i have had none of these problems and the office is really trying to make things better. I highly recommend Village club of farmington hills.
