We love riding here in the fall for the great fall colors. Some of the trails were still closed from the storm that went through over a month ago but still plenty of beautiful trails

Sundance riding stables discriminates against people with disabilities. We were told my friend couldn't ride due to her walker. She is an accomplished horse woman with over 50 hours of riding and formerly trained horses. I called a week prior to make sure it would be OK, they said yes, but when we came we were allowed to buy a ride, made to wait 20 minutes then told we couldn't ride. We did get a refund, but why get our hopes up? Perhaps better communication to their staff is needed. We were very bummed and hope nobody else has to go through it.

Great place to go for a ride as a beginner! I like to try something new every year, and this year I decided to give horseback riding a go! I will definitely be back in spring. Just an fyi for beginners-- don't be shy to wear a helmet!
