We are very disappointed with customer service. I called twice and left messages (since no one answered the phones) to inquire about tickers we had. On the message, I also stated that my husband had emergency surgery. No one returned my calls either time! No one was compassionate enough to even call and say they were sorry for my husband's condition. Then, after we settled back at home, I emailed asking to speak with a manager. The response I received was to the effect: tell me more about what is this about. A person, identified as Ann on the email, never identify herself as management and continued to ask what this is about when i repeatedly stated i wanted to discuss this with management. We have attended a number of events at Waldenwoods and were thinking of membership; however, if this is quality of customer care, we will not return for any events nor consider membership. Too many other facilities that respect their customers are available.
