Attorney Alex Stratilatov helped me with a problem where a contractor damaged property I own. He listened to the whole situation on the phone, walked me through potential outcomes, helped me get evidence in order, then he wrote and sent a letter working towards a reasonable resolution with the contractor. Later, he helped me set up an LLC for rental properties and efficiently and effectively reviewed a property management contract.
