Holiday Inn Express & Suites Muskegon - Grand Haven, an IHG Hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Its nice that they have rooms to accommodate families of 5 because at most hotels the maximum occupancy per room is 4. Pool was clean! Rooms were beautiful and quiet. Smelled good throughout the whole hotel. Breakfast had lots of options and was very tasty. Beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning customers! Great price as well!

I stayed at this hotel on 3/15/24. Deidre is who helped me with my reservation. She was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about everything I asked and also spoke with me about passed concerns I had about other hotels(Choice hotels). She assured me that i wouldn't have that problem here.She was patient and empathic. Tina helped me with my check in and relieved me about checking in so late and also went over my bill. So that I had a clear understanding. I plan to refer all my visiting friends and family. Rooms: Rooms were very clean. I really like the shampoo and hand soap in the rooms Safety: I felt very safe Walkability: So may restaurants and places to visit nearby. Noteworthy details: Details in the room and cleanliness of everything
