Neighborhood Insurance Agency: Allstate Insurance

No matter the reason for my call to the agency I am always taking care of quickly, they explain my coverages so I understand what I am paying for.

Mildly Responsive agent with limited follow up.All I can say is we have been with Allstate for more than 20 years with 3 different agents.We were with Neighborhood for less than 3 months.We left after filing claims for two separate events which were to be covered But Allstate refused to cover what the repair shops charged.We called the agency multiple times and Allstate as well.They dragged their heels and I ended up paying the costs of repair in full since repair shops went out of their way to repair our vehicles.To my recollection we have never filed an auto claim with Allstate.I also know how hard it is to run a small business since we own one.I don’t review small companies but I am making an exception here.Cheryl is a very pleasant person but Allstate and her company need to follow up on claims when the large company falls down.Both failed and I would urge others to reconsider both Allstate and this agency.I am just thankful we could afford to pay for these repairs ourselves.
