        WAITRESS WAS ASTOUNDING! VERY HAPPLY PROFESSIONAL AND CONVERSANT! AS I WATCHED ALL WAIT STAFF SEEMED HAPPY TO BE THERE WHICH SAYS A LOT FOR MANAGMENT. WOULD STOP THERE NEXT TINE IN A HEARTBEAT ! Kid-friendliness: LOT OF FAMILIES THERE. Parking: NORMAL FOR A BUSY PLACE AT AROUND 4 PM.

        Usually a fan of TR but the last experience wasn't that great. Went in on Friday 6/23 around 5pm. Asked how long of a wait for two and was told 5-10 mins. Checked in with my phone number and about 20-25 minutes went by. Decided to go back in and check with the hostess and found we somehow weren't even on the wait list. They did however seat us immediately. Then wife and I ordered 2 ribeyes + shrimp medium rare. One came out well done, the other was medium well. Both the waitress and I'm assuming a manager (brown tshirt) that stopped by about mid meal asked how things were. Informed both that that steaks were overcooked. We did not want new steaks grilled as we were already running late due to the check in issue and were very hungry. Also not keen on throwing away food. Kind of shocked that a discount was never offered. You would have lost alot more money had we sent the steaks back. Wasn't a horrible experience, but for a $70-$75 tab for 2, we expect a steakhouse to get the steak cooked to at least close to what we ordered.

        Great place to enjoy a steak dinner. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food and drinks are without having to wait long or keep requesting them.
