        Shelly with Sharp Edge Tax Solutions LLC is a wonderful tax preparer. Weve used her for many years and although she does get extremely busy and it may take time to get a response shes always on it. We have a more complicated tax return and she does an amazing job. Tax time is a busy time of year and she devotes 100% of her time to get you the most from your return.

        I needed her assistance on documents that I needed to supply to the IRS. Left numerous voice mails over weeks and weeks, she doesn't reply. Never had an issue with her services in the past but when I needed her, she left me high and dry.

      I am so very sorry you had this experience with my services. It is unacceptable. I have prided myself on being available to all of my clients year round for the past 22 years. I, unfortunately had a very bad year health-wise in 2021 and regret that I did not keep up on things during that time. There is no excuse. Please accept my deepest apology. I understand that it will not make up for leaving you without assistance but I truly mean it from the heart. You and Kristyn were loyal and valued customers and deserved better. If there is anything I can do to make amends please let me know.
