The only line open is the one where they want you to sign up for a membership. Very pushy about signing up for a membership and will not take no for an answer. Tricks you with saying its $10 then a month later u received a $35 charge. Once you sign up and are filling out paperwork the worker talks very fast as you are filling it out. I feel like I got tricked/ forced into signing up, not good business.

Got a $10 car wash on my debit card on Feb 12, 2024, subsequently received a charge of $.01 a month later, I figured it's only a penny, so I didn't think much of it. Little did I realize that that was a feeler charge for another unauthorized charge of $34.99 on April 12. Called and asked for a refund, I was told that no refund would be given, but was given a web site which I could use to cancel the subscription (as I said ...UNAUTHORIZED). The swift manner in which I was given the website told me that this is a common occurrence. I have checked the reviews and I saw that this is not the first time that this practice is used by this business. Reply from the owner generally indicates that this is a misunderstanding. This is not a misunderstanding, ...IT IS ILLEGAL! Why is this place allowed to be in business? I will never use this place again. Note to owner: please save your excuses, I am no longer interested.

Wife's brand new truck goes through their tunnel, they have some kind of malfunction and the track stopped. While sitting in the tunnel and extremely anxious as soap is spraying everywhere, she can't see a thing and boom, the brush comes across and damages her hood. Long story short, they made up 3 different stories, credited her 4 months of car washes but refuse to fix the damage. We don't want free car washes, we want our vehicle fixed as this was their mistake! Contacted managers, employees, went there multiple times and all they do is defer to one another and throw each other under the bus! They show me a video and say her car didn't get damaged! See photos below! I will not stop until this issue is resolved accordingly! They are soo unprofessional, I would never give this shady company a dollar!
