        Needed 2 of my own tires (loose and not on the car) mount and balance. Belle tire though they could charge whatever the F. the want...like they're the only place in town that does tires, smh... $60 ea...get lost and you won't get my business. Also sales rep attitude was cocky and not willing to help. Avoid?!?!

        I am a long-time customer of Belle Tire Shelby/Utica #26. I was experiencing pre-mature wear on a set of tires not purchased at a car dealer, and rather than making me go thru the labor, time and effort of dealing with the tire manufacture, Store Manager Jonathan Rice stepped up and personally took care of me. I was in a new set of tires and back on the road in 45 minutes, at the end of the day, and at a better price than if I was able to collect the warranty adjustment. I am accustomed to great service from this Belle store. but this was above and beyond. I came in frustrated and left happy. It is nice to see customer service of this level still exist and people genuinely care. Thank you Jonathan Rice, and Kevin Canaan (my initial contact)!

        I went in for my tire's slow leak. At that time, I had to fill it every 2 weeks or so. At Belle Tire/Shelby I was told that I needed new tires and given options of what to buy. I declined new tires since I had been to the dealership the previous week for an oil change and tire rotation and while there the dealership told me they had checked the tire tread and I did not need tires at that time. I wonder if Belle Tire even tried to fix the slow leak and instead just tried to sell me tires. Sometimes single women are taken advantage of. Now, ever since I was at Belle Tire, I have to fill my tire with air pretty much every day. Seems like quite a coincidence to me. I will go somewhere else. Buyer beware. UPDATE: I was called by Belle Tire representative who more or less reiterated what happened that day: I needed tires, I declined tires, and they didn't take any tires off my car. Yet, I am filling my tire every day now, and prior to seeing Belle Tire, I was filling it every 2 weeks to 2.5 weeks. I was told they would pass this issue to someone higher up....
