        Insurance premium is still quite high. Service is outstanding though.

        In the beginning, they did what I considered a "bait and switch": quoting me a low rate to get me to switch from my old company, then hiking it the next month. It was still lower than my previous company, so I kept them, but I've never really trusted them. Then, for some reason, they started sending me a "would you recommend this agency to a friend" survey, over and over and over and over. First every few days, then every other day, and now it's been daily for about a month. I don't know if this is general incompetence or if it's something they're doing deliberately to harass me.
