The place is a pig pen the seating area where the carpet is was filthy very unsanitary the surgical room floors and prep room were dirty out of hand cleaner at the entrance secretary said they can't find one to fit the container I was told I'd be there an hour and a half I was there 5 hours the place is a joke

Brought my dad here today. His appointment was originally around 11:00 AM. They called and told him to come in at 8:30 because there was a cancellation. We came, and after all the paperwork, he didnt go in until 9:30, and I was told it would take exactly 2 hours from the moment he went in until the time he finished. I called at 11:30 to get an update on whether he had finished, and no one picked up the phone. I called twice after, was transferred, and no one picked up. Drove a half hour only to wait at the front where I couldnt find a single Secretary or nurse, and when I found one, was told he needed another 40 minutes because there were people ahead of him. Hes getting a colonoscopy done the entire procedure shouldnt take more than 15 to 45 minutes. Why come that early if theyre going to make us wait regardless? Its been 3 and a half hours.

Extremely dehydrated coming into my appointment (not allowed to drink or eat) and have had to wait over an hour past my appointment time and have yet to be seen. This is infuriating and I'm miserable

I was a bit nervous about my scheduled procedure however, the team at DMC Endoscopy Colonoscopy center were so nice and reassuring about my procedure. I am thankful that my doctor works through this center. I am thankful for excellent care and service here. The team of nurses, anathesiologists, and nurse assistant made me feel cared for during my procedure. I really appreciated my care here. Highly recommend this center!

Painless, quick, and efficient service at this colonoscopy center. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome of my procedure. Walked in, then Woke up and they informed me that I'm ready to go home. Doesn't get any better than that!
