    It's hard to say how bad this company is, the app is horrible and has countless bugs, they have no desire to help in a timely manner, I was ignored by a support agent even though I called back five times in a row. They billed me again after we tried to cancel, and are being very difficult to get away from. The app doesn't allow you to do many basic things a phone app should, like edit contacts. Countless times the call forwarding doesn't work and the phone rings one or two times and then is disconnected. We asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it.

    The customer service is great when you are looking to sign a contract with them and get setup. Once that is done you will wait for a long time on hold for any help. And their online chat function never gets you anywhere. I would not recommend this service for any business that wants to be successful.

    Really frustrating because this concept is really a good concept. Where the problem is, apparently according to Clarity, some other carriers will not connect with clarity so on the end of the caller they cannot connect and get a message like this number does not exist. That does not work for a service business. Not sure everyone knows this but also we have had some of our customers get frustrated because when they tried to call in, they were not able to choose the right option to speak with us.

    We had constant issues with Clarity voice. Poor quality, dropped calls, notifications coming through, the app DOES NOT work (I had to restart it every time to get up to date messages and missed calls), you name it! Switched to Ring Central and within 24 hours of this new service, it is infinitely better. I wouldnt recommend Clarity Voice to anyone!

    Find another service. I am being held captive to a 3 year contract. These guys get your phone number and hold it captive. I signed up with these guys after a friend referred them. Since then we get many ghost calls and have had customers tell us that they select the option to talk to us and it goes quiet for some time until they finally hang up. We signed up for the service to make sure all of our calls were recorded for our protection and to ensure customers needs are being met. What we got is a lot of frustration and a call system that truly isn't the greatest. I have offered to pay out the rest of the contract, I just want my business phone number back. Instead all I get is this person or that person wanting to help resolve the issues we are having. Which is great except that I am now to the point that I hate them and just want to be done with them. This has been going on for over a year now and enough is enough. 2023 can't get here fast enough for us.
