        This place has shady management. Elma is not professiona The rent is outrageous. Packages get stolen and they dont care or say its not there problem not to mention the way they trap you into paying more. Read the reviews, they arent lying. Stay away

        YOUR STUFF WILL GET STOLEN. Multiple packages of mine have been stolen, my catalytic converter was SAWED off my car in the parking lot overnight. They wont do anything. They "have cameras" for the package room but claim they cant access them. They don't have any other cameras leaving tenants vulnerable. How can they charge $1800 for a tiny two bedroom apartment but can't afford any security cameras. Every time i've had an issue they haven't solved it. I've lived here for 3 years and somehow management gets worse every time. Management is a joke. The rent is a joke. I've never been so happy to move out yet they are trying to make me stay past my agreed lease. All the 5 star reviews on here are from when they we offering rewards/gift cards for leaving a good review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!
