I needed to get finger printed for a teaching license and Erik Sanchez the whole time was very rude. He was swearing at the machine constantly and showed no respect. I paid over $40 for this, the least that could happen was some respect.

I paid to have a package redirected and held here. Due to what seems to be a mistake on the part of the store, the package was not available when I went to pick it up and ended up being incorrectly returned to the sender. I get it, mistakes happen. However, the owner refused to refund the fee to redirect the package--despite me not receiving the service I paid for.
The desk staff here are amazing but the owner did not do what it took to understand the situation and make things right.
Update: The situation was eventually rectified, and staff provided excellent customer service. They also clarified that the mistake was in the UPS system, and not on the part of the store.

I called at 9 am this morning asking about notary services and was greeted with an individual that seemed very busy and could not answer my question and suggested I call back at 10 am. I called back at 10 and asked for the hours again and he indicated that their notary was there from 11 - 3 today. I asked about other hours available including Friday and he became snippy and noted that the notary is there from 10 - 3 every day. I truly do not believe he meant to be snippy, but I was taken aback by his tone and attitude.
