        Im trying to call to get an update on if my glasses are ready.someone keeps forwarding me to voicemail. I believe it says you guys close at 8 but someone doesnt want to answer the phone.

        Ordered my glasses 1.5 months ago and called several times to get updates on status. Response from pearl was that the glasses were in final review. Finally after the fourth call come to find out that the order was never place/confirmed with the manufacturer. Obviously this pearl location does a very poor job of following up and now I have to wait even longer. Last time I am using them.
