        I put down a damage deposit and an insurance deposit upon renting my vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, the deposits were not returned to my card. The vehicle was not damaged by me and was returned well within the initial timeline of when I was going to initially be expected to rent my vehicle. I was supposed to be reimbursed the amount in the difference of days renting it.

        Macaila was very helpful and accommodating, got me in and out quick, this was the Forest Lake location, she even mentioned which location sells vehicles which was great as I may need to go get one
