To ANYONE who unfortunately has a need for biohazard or crime scene cleanup ( which I didn't even know there was such a thing ) I HIGHLY recommend Bio-Tec! After being told by our minister that we need professional help with the death cleanup and doing a little research for local crime scene cleaners, I found Bio-Tec to not only have the best price by far but they also had the most experience in this field. When we met them at the home we were completely clueless as to where to even start. They basically held my hand throughout the entire process. From the biohazard cleaning itself, filing and negotiating with the insurance carrier to providing a guide to manage the remaining things that needed to be done. We were so impressed with their professionalism and honesty that we have referred them on 2 occasions, a suicide cleanup of a close friend and COVID decontamination of our daycare center. I could go on and on but I am sure that they are well aware of how satisfied we are with them as humans and their uncompromising service! After a death in our family we were at a loss as to what to do or really start honestly. After being referred to Bio-Tec for the biohazard cleanup we were a bit reluctant to involve others in this tragedy and frankly we did not have money to pay. We were completly wrong in our concerns. They went WAY beyond anything we could have ever imagined! Bio-Tec and everyone they referred us to during the process was amazing. From the second Mark walked in the door he reassured us that there would be no out of pocket costs and that he understood as he too had gone through this with his own family member. They also provided us with a guide and checklist to help us through and complete things we would never even thought of. I honestly can't thank them enough for their kindness and loving support.

After a murder/suicide in my family I was referred to Bio-Tec Emergency Services by the officer that was on scene. This company is a complete god send! We were at a complete loss as to what to do and they handled every aspect of the cleanup, repair and the hours of dealing with our insurance carrier. They worked not only with our insurance company to make SURE it was covered but also helped us with filling out all victim related forms. The support they provided after the fact can never be explained unless you yourself have experienced it, which I can only hope no one ever does. Thank you to EVERYONE at Bio-Tec for doing what you do everyday!
