So far the place looks great, there are some dents/very minor defects on some walls, closets and cabinets but otherwise the management seem nice they even gave a tumbler as a gift that looks cool. The area is filled with shops and the location is great overall. I did see that there was internet access when applying and I was told during the tour that it will slowly be given for free after a while but unknown as to when or how they will give it.
