        Kelly is the real deal! We had a fantastic experience with him and will call him again if we need a boat out of Grand Marais. We got luckyonly met him because of some shady business dealings of another captain in town. Very glad it didnt work out with the other guy. You wont regret going out with Kelly. Hes great and is very experienced and capable.

        What a fun relaxing time I had. went out for 2 hours. Caught my 1st lake trout. Twice! Captain Kelly was a great guide. Not only was it fun fishing, but it was also interesting to hear about Grand Marais in the old days. Loved how everything is supplied except your license, snacks & beverages. Ill definitely be back before his season ends.

        Took the morning charter with Kelly. I didnt start off with high hopes - fishing in the area had been poor lately - but my partner and I ended up fishing our limit of trout! Kelly knows the area well and has some fun stories to share along the way. Will definitely fish with him again next time!
