Great rates, good communication, efficient, empathetic. We had tight deadlines and Aaron was able to assure us while giving us the fastest turnaround times with rates other banks were not to give. Great lender credits and rate matching offers. He was always available for text and calls, and was able to advise us on home closing process. He made sure we have more than enough time to lift our tight contingencies right before holidays, and overall provided a smooth stress-free experience.
