Rooms: Found random clothes in the room so wonder if or when it was cleaned last

Buyer beware. You do not want to stay here. We stayed here because the weather was bad. We would never have chosen it otherwise. The entire hotel and our room smelled bad. The carpet had holes and the furniture was ripped, broken and worn. The best part was that our bathroom had no shower curtain and the tub had no drain plug. It was not even possible to take a shower or bath! The water in the pool and hot tub was cloudy so we did not use them. I can't list all of the broken, rusty or dirty fixtures throughout the hotel We couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning.

DO NOT BOOK! Upon arrival I spoke with the front desk manager and asked if I can have a room away from pets due to allergies and instead I was given a room covered in pet hair. But thats not all The room also had fingerprints all over the mirrors and headboards. Literal dirt on the comforters and corners of the room and bathroom. I then asked for a new room and was given a room worse than the other. Mold and hair all over the bathroom rust on the countertop and toilet in addition to all of the same issues from the first room. When asked if the front desk manager found these rooms acceptable he said No but, Im feeling kind of tired and not well and dont want to deal with this right now so I think its best if you find somewhere else to go. The front desk managers work attire consisted of basketball shorts and an oversize T-shirt. Overall happy with our new hotel will not be staying at choice or quality in hotels again.

Well I should have listened to the other reviews. From what it looks like there is only one employee there at a time. And I think they try to do a good job, but when your house keeping, janitorial and checking person all at the same time. This is what happens. Nothings done really good. So I have some pictures from my stay. I couldn't even eat breakfast because if that is how they clean the hotel I can't imagine what the kitchen area looks like. I wouldn't even drink the OJ or coffee who knows when they were cleaned last. So if your trying to get a hotel with a breakfast pay for a better place because after seeing the up keep here you won't be able to eat. Oh and also the smell of some kind of chemical when you first walk in is bad. But in the room it smells of wet dog. We looked at the pool and hot tub, well the pool had a step broken to get in and my niece fell. The hot tub has chunks of the grout at the bottom because it's falling apart. The vents were rusty and filled with dust. I mean some of there things are easy fixes. We didn't have a hair dryer in the room like advertised no managers reception. The toilet keep running unless you kept wiggling the handle and the back had a large Crack in it. also the bathroom sink was coming off the counter top, and the bathroom smelled of urine all the towels were stained and even the pillowcases were stained.

This property has potential but needs additional work and a more attentive staff. Upon check-in we had to dial a front desk phone to reach someone (most front desks these days are generally unattended, it seems). After 5 or so minutes a guy came forward who spoke little English and indicated someone would be back in about 5 more minutes to check us in (we had a reservation). Desk personnel were grubby looking and totally non-professional. Small child behind counter was dominating the conversation and was very loud. The room was OK but room noise next door (#329) persisted until after 10 PM when we called the front desk. Afterwards the noise was better but doors slammed off-and-on around 2:30 AM. Around 5 AM someone in a nearby room was cooking something that smelled awful and the odor permeated our room and the hallways. There was no one at the front desk upon check-out so no receipt or acknowledgment of our stay or for being an Elite Choice member. Breakfast was virtually non-existent with minimal offerings. Would not recommend this property even though it's in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
