Ryan at PrimeSource Funding is amazing. I had been warned that getting approved for a mortgage could be a very long and painful process and to be prepared to be given a laundry list of things to do and fix before being approved. This was NOT my experience with Ryan. Within a couple of hours of inquiring about the home-buying process, I was already pre-approved. Every step of the way, Ryan was quick and efficient. Even now that I have been living in my new home for 3 months, Ryan still answers my email and questions. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a home in the Mankato area.

I worked with Brent and he was very very helpful with our process of closing on our house. If there was any issues or problems that occurred during the closing process, he would let you know right away, and what you need to do to fix the problem or issue. Very straight forward on what you need to complete your closing process. If you had a questions or didnt understand something Brent would find a way to explain it to you in a different way. Also if you had questions on anything Brent was a phone call away and answered every time. Brent was also very knowledgeable and no question is a bad question. He even will talk to you after hours and weekends to help you on any house questions. Brent is very down to earth and would give you the short off his back if he had too.

Tiffany was great to work with as a first-time home buyer. She was kind and responded promptly to all my questions. Any hiccups that happened were small and resolved quickly. Most importantly, I was able to get a solid rate even as interest rates soared.
