        CBS is a great company. Chris S. came out to our house and spend 2 hours educating us, explaining everything to us and answering every one of our questions. He was knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. He took the time upfront to learn all about us, our house and our needs. I would highly recommend!

        I had Complete Basement Systems install their waterproofing system in my house at the end of 2020. Once the system was installed, I remodeled my basement, which was just finished a little over a month ago. A few days ago, I discovered water in my freshly remodeled basement. I contacted CBS near the end of the day; they reached out to me right away the next day and had someone, Nick, out within a couple hours to see what was going on. After many hours of attempting to find the problem, Nick deduced that there was a leak in one of the new shower lines, which caused the flooding and that the issue was not with their system (he was right, it was a fitting that failed). I cannot speak highly enough about all the work he put in trying to find the problem. As the problem was not with their system, I offered to pay Nick for his time and he refused, even though he spent all day diagnosing the problem. The customer service with this company has been topnotch and I would recommend them to anyone in need water proofing solutions.

        My wife and I have been using Complete Basement Systems since 2016 and have been satisfied with the products and service since. We have a technician here now doing a yearly check of the system so we will be ready for any spring thaw and rain. Special shoutout to Nick B. who, like all the other staff members, treats us as people, not as a work order. Nick went above and beyond two years ago to help us and met us at our level with a situstion regarding a basement wall. Thank you, staff of Complete Basement Systems.
