        I had an issue with my phone. I am not a T Mobile customer. This was 16Apr21, 10AM. The two male employees took the time to troubleshoot my issue. Went home, followed their instructions, and Eureka! Problem solved! Thank you guys!

        Staff member there named Bryan was soooo freakin helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! We had 3 lines to switch over to Tmobile and he made the whole ordeal go smoothly as possible. My family loves to joke around and he was laughing at our jokes (which youll get 5 stars just for that!! 🤣🤣) and cracking some himself with us! We spent a couple hours at the store but Bryan's attitude made it enjoyable. Keep being awesome and we're so glad we switched over!!
