Last year when my wife and I filed through H&R, our taxes took twice as long as they said. Then we find out they were rejected by the IRS because someone tried to commit fraud in her name and file an erroneous tax return. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to offer any assistance or point us in the right direction.
