Update: I have added a star to my original review. The office has recently been in communication with me to assure me they are still working on this. Again, had I known this I wouldnt have left a one star review. I will update once the situation is resolved, but I do believe the office is making a sincere effort to correct the problem. *Original post: As a former agent, I would warn you against using this office. Here is a summary of what shouldve been a non-issue that escalated at my expense. Despite being patient and polite throughout this entire process, I am now being asked to foot the bill for their poor communication and negligence. Ive never made a claim. Ive never asked anything of them. All I have done is pay my premium on time and jump through every hoop that theyve asked of me. And this is how Im rewarded. *August 2021 - Bought a second vehicle, told our drive safe and save discount would not extend to the second car. *February 2022 - Bought a new car to replace first vehicle. Quoted ~$275 for 6 months. Told drive safe and save beacon was on its way. *Late February 2022 - Called to ask where beacon was. Told by customer service that it had not been sent yet. Requested one. *Early March 2022 - Yet another call to upsell my coverage and offer life insurance (which I have declined three times this year). Let them know the Beacon had not yet arrived and they promised to send it. *Early March 2022 - I received a notice saying I will lose my drive safe and save discount if I dont set it up soon. Call to customer service confirms that a beacon has never been sent. Customer service agent agrees to send beacon and apologizes. *Mid March 2022 - I called the local office again and was told they dont know why my beacon hasnt arrived and seem to want to blame it on the mail service. I remind them that their system does not show they have ever sent me a beacon. They promised to look into this and send another one. *Mid March 2022 - A beacon finally arrives and we set it up within an hour. *Late March 2022 - I receive a bill for about $150 because my drive safe and save discount has been canceled. I called customer service and they said that my local agent shouldve notified the corporate office about my difficulty in receiving a beacon but now theres nothing they can do. *Late March 2022 - I called the local office and they say that theyre working on it. They promise to get back to me. *Yesterday - I receive a bill for $115 as some sort of consolation prize. So essentially after months of trying to get them two for fill their duty to me as a customer I am asked to pay extra. No email or phone call explaining the process or the outcome.
