If you use this landscaper, be prepared for him not to return your calls, for you to pay him over $20,000 to do a job and he doesnt finish and he also doesnt replace dead plants and then he just quits on you because he says he cant handle all the work hes got, And your yard is full of dead plants and he puts in plants that also die and plants that never bloom. This company is dedicated to ensure your project is completed correctly.  Bayside never subcontracts work out to others as for a lot of companies this is common and reckless practice (my case).  The design has been better than projected and the Team works early and punctual.  My wife and J are kept abreast each step of the way to ensure our expectations are being met.

Bayside did a great job installing a paver patio. It looks great and the guys were fast and professional. I'm amazed that they were able to accomplish such a big project so quickly. We will be happy to hire them again for our next project. Service: Hardscaping

Cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team of professionals. After years of fighting drainage issues in our yard, we contacted Bayside. They created a detailed 3D Rendering, plan and budget. It was quite a large undertaking consisting of excavation, grading, hillside rip rap, multiple boulders, a 100 foot dry creek bed, 179 plants, pine straw and 7 pallets of sod. We couldnt be happier with our new back yard! When we purchased a 10-year-old home, we knew we had to do something with the landscaping. Not knowing where to begin or who to call, I went to Facebook to get some recommendations. We only got 2 estimates and they were both in line and hard to choose between the two. We are happy we chose Bayside Landscaping/Brian Dillon. First, they came out when they said they would and sent us an estimate in writing with a drawing and types of plants with pictures and the dollar amount next to everything they were planning on putting in. They also divided the estimate up so we could decide on what we wanted to do at this time or hold off until a later date. That was impressive. But that was just the beginning. They came to start the work during Spring 2022 and it rained every 3rd day. First, the soil they brought in washed out and where they scraped the old centipede became a mud hole. These guys probably worked double the time it wouldve normally taken to get the job accomplished. They were here morning till night trying to get it done before the next rain. They consulted with me during the process of laying sod and creating new flower beds and we are so happy with it. But I need to mention just how hard these guys worked and how respectful and friendly they were throughout this major, or should I say, mother-nature-challenging project. To top it off after everything was completed, they came back and pressure washed sidewalks, drive and circular drive. They made it Look Like They Never Had Been Here (I think this is their motto) with a plush St. Augustine front yard, beautiful flower beds and even addressed some drainage issues we had by forming a swell alongside of the drive in the back to divert water. I would highly recommend them but book early. They probably got a few extra jobs with my neighbors stopping by to get their business card.
