Poor House Water Association

This water department is a joke. Honestly. My first ever time paying my bill here, the woman at the counter is extremely rude. Second time paying, there's a very sweet lady. Third time, its the mean woman again, she gives me the wrong change back (shorted me $10) then gave my bill to someone else and gave me the other person's bill. (We traded in the parking lot.) Now the 4th time, my bill is $271. We had a water leak we didn't know about, and nobody even thought to inform us that our reading was a little odd. How do you go from 6,000 gallons to 44,000 in 1 month and not bat an eye or call and say "I think there's either a leak or someone read the meter wrong." We had to buy a whole new toilet on top of it all. Currently about to go and try to sort this out. An update will follow this. Update: the woman was considerate, but they did only half the bill. I'm not complaining, cause at least that saved me $120.

What is going on with the water pressure out here on cr 99?? It has been getting worse and worse over the last couple of months to now you may have a little stream come out of your faucets. I'm always outside trying to water the garden or right now trying to get my bermuda grass seed to sprout and the pressure is so low the sprinkler want even work right. It is so frustrating. This is a pretty much daily occurrence.

Id also give a 0 rating if it was an option. The water cuts off all the time with no warning of communication from the company. At thanksgiving it was off. At Christmas it was off for 8 days on and off. Some periods it is dark brown with oil and sand particles in it and they claim its safe to drink. The worst part is when you call about it they are extremely rude and unprofessional to PAYING customers. Something has got to give!

We have water problems it seems twice a week at times. Today is 12/29/22 and we just went through several days including Christmas with no water or barely coming out of faucets and things aren't much better today after I heard everything was fixed. The water will come out with decent pressure for a minute or so and then goes to an almost just dribbling. No constant pressure. It's so aggravating constantly dealing with this. Cant start or finish anything you need to do with the water and this has been going on from the day I moved here in 2019 only it seems to be getting worse.
