        I wouldnt recommend a fly to stay here. Out of all my experiences of renting this has by far been the first & worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I have never had to deal with issues like these from any rental company actually . From the rotton apartments, to (some) of the staff with the ugliest attitudes. I renewed my lease thinking the renovated apartments would be better but they are more of cover up apartments done with alot of flaws. They might have more affordable prices compared to the rest of the apartment complexs in Hattiesburg but you get what you pay for. I do not see myself here much longer. Listen to the reviews & be aware that your apartment may look like some pictures I am going to insert ( i have PLENTY, while i cant post all) I could write a book of all the things that go on here. The only positive things are the very nice neighbors & its quiet community . All they have ever done was cause me frustration. I wanted to like it so bad but no.

        I would like to give the maintenance man Mr. Casey a very nice review. Today (1/9) my hot water stopped working and Mr. Casey answered my after hour call and came over right away. Mr. Casey took his time and fixed my hot water issue within mins and he also took a look at the disposal part of my sink while he was here and fixed that as well. Thank you Mr. Casey for your hard work and dedication. People like him make places like The Henry a great place to reside at. MR. CASEY YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
